How long will my order take to arrive?

It usually takes approx 5-7 working days for us to make and post your order, personalised items can take a little longer. During busier times of the year such as Christmas, orders will take slightly longer to be sent out to you.


What are your business hours?

We don't have set working hours so are around during most days and evenings, we do try to reply to messages and emails as quickly as we can but if we are busy with orders, they do take priority. We do try to take a bit of time off over the weekends, but we do pop on just to keep an eye on things!


How will my order be posted?

All of our items are posted 1st class normally with Royal Mail (occasionally if it's a large item, we will use a courier). If your item has taken some time to make or is over the value of £20, we do tend to send it signed for so it will need a signature on delivery.


Can I track my order?

Only if it has been sent signed for or with a courier.


Do you post overseas?

Where are your products made?

The majority of our items are hand cut by ourselves in our garden studio, a few of  our smaller things are brought in. Every single item is painted, sanded, engraved & finished by us on site with much love and attention to detail to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. All items are packed very carefully to make sure they arrive to you safely.


Can you customise the colours or change the wording for me?

Yes. We do have a range of colours available on most products that you can choose from, if there is a particular colour that isn't available but you would like, we will try to sort that out for you.

In most cases, some or all of the wording can be changed. If you would like us to do that for you, please contact us BEFORE you place your order so that we can make sure it will be possible to do this.
